Terms of Use
Outloop: Arrow Escape Puzzle · Last updated October 12, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Bhupatbhai Virani (“we”, “us”), the publisher of Outloop: Arrow Escape Puzzle (“Outloop”, “the game”). By downloading or playing the game, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Your licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Outloop on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, as allowed by the App Store's usage rules.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the game; reverse engineer or decompile it, except where the law expressly allows; remove copyright or trademark notices; or use cheats, automation or other tools that interfere with the game or its leaderboards.
Age
You must be at least 16 years old to use the game, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms for you.
Ads
Outloop is free to play and is supported by advertising. Ads are supplied by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or for the products and services they promote.
Purchases
- Hint packs are consumable: once used, they are gone. Hints have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded for money.
- Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that takes away the ads between levels and when you open the game. You can restore it on your other devices from Settings → Purchases, using the same Apple Account. Videos you choose to watch for a reward stay available.
- All payments are handled by Apple. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy and may change. Refunds are decided by Apple under its own terms; you can ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your progress
Progress is stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your iCloud storage. We keep no copy of it and cannot bring back progress that has been lost or reset.
Game Center and sharing
Leaderboards and achievements are provided by Apple's Game Center under Apple's terms. When you share a print or your stats from the game, you decide where it goes; please share responsibly.
Ownership
Outloop, including its code, levels, artwork, sounds, name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms give you no rights in it beyond the licence above. The Fredoka typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License.
Third-party services
The game relies on services from other companies, including Apple, Google (AdMob, Firebase), Unity and RevenueCat. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do. Our Privacy Policy explains what each one receives.
Your device and connection
Some features need an internet connection, and your carrier may charge you for data. We advise against jailbreaking your device: it can make the game unstable or insecure, and we cannot support it.
Changes to the game
We may update Outloop, add or remove features, levels or ads, change what is sold in it, or stop offering it. We try to make each update better, but we do not promise that any particular feature will always be available.
Ending the agreement
You can end this agreement at any time by deleting the game. We may suspend or end your licence if you seriously breach these terms. Where the breach can be put right, we will give you notice and 14 days to do so; we may act at once in the case of unlawful conduct, infringement of our rights or behaviour that harms other players. When the licence ends, you must stop using the game and delete it.
No warranty
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress or virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to cover claims and costs that arise directly from your breach of these terms or your intentional misuse of the game.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where we are established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
General
If a part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be changed as little as needed to make it enforceable, and the rest stays in effect. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the game.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The newest version is always on this page, with the date of the last change at the top; earlier versions are available on request. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
